Extensible tube (stretch hood)
A product that prevents heat in contrast with traditional retractable tube. This way, we have achieved a substantial reduction of material and consequently a reduction of costs.
 
Retractable tube
The low density Polyethylene tubes are presented in rolls with variable diameter, for use with automatic palletizing with heat.
As the most important characteristics can be highlighted:

Film
The low density polyethylene presents a large deployment in the packaging industry thanks to its great versatility.
Oriented for this sector-oriented, we produce a large film range for packaging products grouped and with application in automatic and manual machines, with high yield.

Bags
We produce polyethylene bags in accordance with the values of width, length and thickness according our customer needs.

Sheets
We can produce polyethylene bags according the different needs of our costumers. These sheets can be produced either in individual units or in rolls according the pre-cut system. Our Bags are highly resistant to tear and can be adapted to all kinds of containers or parts.

Pallet hooding
A large range of individual hoods or rolls, given that we are able to produce this product with the pre-cut system, adapting the rolls to the number of hoods required. There is also the possibility of adding the logotype or image to the pallet hooding film.
The hoods are produced according the pallet size, the future shrinkage processes or otherwise, the sunlight expose.
They are produced in single layer or three-layer. The range of working materials gives the product its different properties : high strength, anti-blocking, shine transparent, UV resistant, and as previously mentioned, the possibility of printing. These hoods are the ideal and efficient protection for your products against adverse weather conditions, as well as during the storage or transport.

Ice Cubes Bags
Since the beginning Plastigaur produce ice cubes bags, which offers to his costumers in boxes and with their own individual logotype printed on them.
